TMKF is a Punk band from Denver Colorado. Formed in 2017, the band is the creative brainchild of Jesse Van Horne (songwriting, vocals, guitar, drums, accordion, harmonica, whistle). Nathaniel Roney (bass, back-up vocals) joined the band in March 2019. TMKF is a fusion of many musical styles, predominantly punk rock, with traces of folk rock, hip hop, blues, ska, reggae and rockabilly.

Jesse's poetic, lyrical songwriting adds a layer of depth not always typical in the punk genre, and herein (as well as with the acoustic/electric guitar) is where the folk roots can be found. Also worth note, the amplified importance of the live show, as spoken about by such artists as Bob Dylan, Fat Mike, and the Roots is an essential aspect to the experience of TMKF.
